What do Ed Asner, Nelly, and Mr. Spock have in common? Well, according to the Happy Cow website, they're all vegetarian! See their webpage for a comprehensive and very interesting list of famous historical and contemporary vegetarians. And while today is Hug a Vegetarian Day, World Vegetarian Day falls on October 1.
