Amazing to think that every one of these points of light from Hubble's eXtreme Deep Field image is a galaxy - thousands of them going back more than 13 billion light years, almost to the beginning of the universe! NASA explains
how the image was taken and what exactly we can learn of objects found so far into the depths of the night sky. Mind-boggling, to say the least.
